The House Hotel

In February 2010 Kerten acquires majority stake in The House Hotel/Apart chain. Company had 5 apartments buildings in operation and one hotel in development. The first hotel was opened in April 2010 (The House Hotel Galatasaray), second in June 2010 (The House Hotel Nisantasi) and third in May 2011(The House Hotel Bosphorus), quickly becoming well known brand in Turkey and also abroad.

Concept is based on homey feeling and affordable luxury; it won many awards and became very successful within very short time.

Within a year The House Hotel received many awards from well recognised travel/hospitality organisations: Tatler Travel Guide 2012 - 101 Best Hotels in the Wolrd, 100 Best Hotels in the World by Sunday Times Travel, 2012 Travellers’ Choice Award, Travel+Leisure, Conde Nost Traveller HOT List, etc.
