In September 2007, Kerten has acquired Logos Investments s.r.l. ("Logos"). Logos offers integrated property management services to small- and medium-sized enterprises from the import, distribution and logistics sectors. The logistics sector in Romania has closely tracked GDP growth and is currently enjoying an unprecedented boom.

Logos operates two logistics centres in Bucharest and Oradea areas, key logistics regions on the Romanian market. The property in Bucharest is located in the traditional distribution centre of the city, close to the Otopeni Bucharest ring road and in the vicinity of International Airport. This site covers 17,000 sqm, including offices and warehouse space and offers significant opportunity for expansion of facilities and services. Logos’ second location is in Oradea, close to Hungarian border, with direct access to key European transport networks.
