Kisan / SKS

Kerten, a mid market private equity group, invested in PTH Kisan Sp. z o.o. and SKS Pipes Kańczuga Sp. z o.o., the leading Polish manufacturer of premium internal water solutions to the residential and light commercial sector. Founded in 1991, Kisan's sales headquarters are located in Piaseczno, south of Warsaw. Kisan was the first to introduce advanced pipe and fitting systems for internal water installations to the Polish market and continues to lead through its commitment to innovation and quality.

The investment in Kisan and SKS reflects one of the key criteria underpinning Kerten's investment approach: capital commitment to leading players in their markets with strong brand, defensible market position, and state of the art technology with strong growth potential.

As part of the acquisition, Kerten has strengthened management, introducing a new chief executive and financial director with broad expertise in the international construction materials sector. Kerten's objectives include continued commitment to Kisan's customer and distribution network, including installers, design professionals and end-users through capital and brand investment international expansion and extending Kisan's product portfolio.
